Job creation concepts that can be adapted almost anywhere - Grameen Nurse Institute (sponsored by Nike Foundation's girl power advocates) is designed around a city-based training centre where young women are trained to be nurses for free but give back by working for several years in rural or other communities with shortages of nurses and develop first aid type curricula for schools so that girls in particular gain person health knowledge before they need it, and nursing or para-nursing becomes an aspirational job. Alongside this various formats are being tested so that there is a focus on diagnosis and prevention, and where new technology can be used to answer expert questions knowledge is distributed as locally and communally as possible.
